Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the highly custom nature of each product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS or accept returns or exchanges on any orders (including blank apparel). However, we’re so confident in the quality of our products that we back EVERY product with a GUARANTEE. If your item arrives with any defects, we will replace it at NO COST to you, and you can keep the defective one or dispose of it responsibly. Please double-check all spelling and numbers! Customer-made errors when entering your order or items damaged in transit do not qualify for a replacement.
Upon receiving your order, if you notice flaws or defects in your item or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. The fastest way to ensure we can resolve any of your apparel issues would be to start the conversation through our Contact page immediately.
We have a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if there are defects with the product. Simply contact our customer service team at support@longhornsapparel.com with your order number, details, and photo proof of the defect. We will notify you once we’ve reviewed the information that you’ve submitted, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, your order will be automatically processed for a replacement. Please note: since all orders are produced on demand, the replacement turnaround/ship time will take the same amount of time as a regular order.
