Upon receiving your order, if you notice flaws or defects in your item or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. We have a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if there are defects with the product. Simply contact our customer service team at support@longhornsapparel.com with your order number, details, and photo proof of the defect. We will notify you once we’ve reviewed the information that you’ve submitted, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, your order will be automatically processed for a replacement. Please note: since all orders are produced on demand, the replacement turnaround/ship time will take the same amount of time as a regular order.
Order changes/cancellations:
Once you pay for your order, it cannot be modified or cancelled as it enters the production process immediately.
